yilian - hey, you're pronouncing chicken and bean sprout in CANTO.... XD.... yeah, tat's nothing special bout de dishes, but wat makes it famous is de NGA CHOYs aren't typical..XD... you'll know how different they are when you see it...
ya, saw that the bean sprouts r thick. but fyi, organic bean sprouts r actually very thin. so those thick bean sprouts means that they r added with certain type of fertilizer or wat so ever which is not organic.
