yesterday went back kt play ball(tat's why i say tired), evening, then go back setapak, found out i played too much(tat's why ask leg muscle god help me)....
since we're going for liga antara tahun the next day, which is today, they asked us to gather at 7am(nothing to do with juniors dy). and the 1.36am thing, i have to wake up at 6am the other day, but i'm still not sleeping ma.... XD
